Simple, but not easy, meditation is a practice that offers a shift in persepective.  By becoming aware of one's own thoughts, emotions and reactions, space is created to be curious about what else could be true.  It is through observation of the present moment, without attachment, that peaceful and potent transformation occurs.

My own eight year practice of meditation and mindfulness has inspired me to find ways of sharing its transformative benefits with others. This search has led me to curriculum training with Mindful Schools, who’s mission is to help lead the integration of mindfulness into education.
