iRest Yoga Nidra is a research-based meditation and healing protocol that deeply calms your nervous system. The practice facilitates the integration of difficult thoughts and emotions and supports you in recognizing your innate wholeness.
Individual iRest co-meditation sessions are especially insightful when you are feeling out of the flow, tired, anxious or in pain. We welcome the sensations, emotions, thoughts and beliefs that arise moment to moment – meeting them as messengers. As we meet, greet and welcome our experience, the messages become clear and the way to respond reveals itself naturally.
Individual iRest sessions are offered at OmBase yoga studio and are 60 minutes long
